AVENGERS 6: SECRET WARS COMING SOON

Rather than fall to Earth’s Mightiest Heroes, Kang the Conqueror could get defeated by Doctor Doom in Avengers: Secret Wars. Played by Jonathan Majors, the Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania villain is expected to be the overarching villain of the Multiverse Saga. For that reason, it’s assumed that he’ll be the central antagonist of the sixth Avengers movie.

Marvel’s panel at San Diego Comic-Con 2022 painted a picture of what the studio has in store for Majors’ character over the next few years. As many suspected, it turned out to be true that Marvel won’t be done with Kang after Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania and Loki season 2. Marvel’s Phase 6 announcements provided confirmation that the 31st-century time-traveler will get an opportunity to take on his comic book adversaries in Avengers: The Kang Dynasty. Marvel’s decision to head in this direction implies that like Thanos, Kang may win in Phase 5, thus forcing the Avengers to come together to stop him. Or, it may be that more Kang variants rise up after Ant-Man’s victory.
